Emulsifier, indeed, is a kind of solvent for solving oils in water, and producing solvable oils for machining, metalwork, weaving industries on the basis of sodium petroleum sulfunat. this product has a suitable viscosity and resistance, and also cleans grease and  dust from the surface of metals very well. it also prevents oxidation.  

Emulsifier can also be mixed with mineral oils or oil solvents. You should add emulsifier to the oil white stirring, in order to make an integrated mixture. (Mixed very sloly in 40 cgs temperature)
